Crowdcopia is a new style of lender with a fresh perspective on how lending should be. We were first real estate investors, brokers, borrowers, landlords, property managers and flippers ourselves and because we understand the industry first hand, are best able to serve our clients’ borrowing needs. We have streamlined the lending process to save time and money in ways we wished were available when we first began investing.
