Daniel works on the construction side at Crowdcopia. He’s part of the team that manages fielding draw requests and helps ensure borrowers construction budgets match their project size and scope needs. Daniel started his real estate career in Saint Paul, MN, managing investor rental inventory and process property management requests. Daniel then moved to Philadelphia to complete his degree in Urban Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys exploring his adopted hometown, including biking around the city and an ongoing search for the area’s best food options.
